In order to make your new office as maintenance
free as possible, we employ a property Manager that will maintain
the Professional Center. He/She works for you in providing the following
activities:
- Collect monthly assessment fees from each owner.
- Pay all bills incurred by the Association for the purpose of
"running" the Park.
- Select contractors to perform needed tasks.
- Provide scheduled reports to the Association.
- Attend all association meetings and answer questions.
Owners are responsible to pay their Assessment
on time to the Property Manager. Currently, that amount is approximately
$1.50 per square foot. (Example: 1008 square feet pays $126.00 per
month, which is $1,512.00 divided by 12 months)
