PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXAMPLE
In order to make your new office as maintenance free as possible, we employ a property Manager that will maintain the Professional Center. He/She works for you in providing the following activities:
  1. Collect monthly assessment fees from each owner.
  2. Pay all bills incurred by the Association for the purpose of "running" the Park.
  3. Select contractors to perform needed tasks.
  4. Provide scheduled reports to the Association.
  5. Attend all association meetings and answer questions.
Owners are responsible to pay their Assessment on time to the Property Manager. Currently, that amount is approximately $1.50 per square foot. (Example: 1008 square feet pays $126.00 per month, which is $1,512.00 divided by 12 months)
