At Sonshine
Construction, through experience, we have learned that when
we continue to build the same building, only changing the interior
upfit of each suite, we improve with each office Park.
Based on that statistic, we continue to build the same basic structure
with some stylistic variations, and our clients have been very pleased.
The diagrams to the left show typical elevations for our Office Condominiums.
Regardless of the Condominium style, Our Construction Services include
land purchase, incorporating your requests for a particular interior
design, all permits, construction, up to and including finishing touches
for a move-in-ready office.
FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
We work very closely with our banking community. Because we specialize
in office condominiums, we can refer a client to lending institutions
who understand the specific needs of our clients which are different
from, but not as complicated as some loans can be. |
